Finding the right property to rent can be super hard as you don't really know really anything about the property, estate agent or landlord before you actually move in and experience it. But not to worry as now people are starting to show this information on the web on sites such as Rate the Landlord.

This basically allows you to rate the property you stayed in, the landlord, the estate agent and the overal area.
